1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Teeber! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Teeber. Once you make a reservation, you agree to XING ZAI T SERVICE LLC all terms.

2. If you can not locate your driver, please call (617) 668-1111 to avoid a no-show billing. A no-show fee equal to the trip cost, including applicable waiting time, will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.

3. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. XING ZAI T SERVICE LLC shall not be responsible for delays or services not rendered due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to bad weather, road conditions & vehicle breakdowns. The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the service by them or any members of their party. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

4. Definitions

"Teeber" refers to our platform, website, mobile application, and any related services. "User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses Teeber. "Content" includes all text, images, videos, information, and other materials available on Teeber.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use Teeber. By using Teeber, you confirm that you are of the required age.

6. Registration and Accounts

Users may need to create an account to access certain features of Teeber. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and passwords. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Content and User Conduct

Users must not post, upload, or share any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates any intellectual property rights. Teeber reserves the right to remove or disable any content that violates these terms. Users must not engage in any activities that disrupt or harm the Teeber platform or its users.

8. Intellectual Property

Teeber retains ownership of all content and intellectual property on the platform. Users retain ownership of their content but grant Teeber a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their content on Teeber. Users may not use Teeber's intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Teeber's Privacy Policy outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of user information. By using Teeber, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Teeber reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these terms or for any reason deemed necessary by Teeber. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Teeber's support.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Teeber is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Teeber is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any content or user interactions. Teeber is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Teeber.

12. Service Agreement

If you feel sick, you must tell the driver and ask for a vomit bag; otherwise, you will be charged a $300 vehicle cleaning fee.

13. Airport Order Notification

All drivers are not allowed to leave the vehicle because when the vehicle is left unattended, the airport tow truck will immediately tow our vehicle away (This is airport policy and we can't resist it). If you need welcome sign-holding service (assist in carrying luggage), we can help you contact the personnel. Unfortunately, due to airport regulations, our company does not provide welcome sign service.

14. Economy & Premium Airport Pick-up

Important notice: For Terminal A Pickup Location: once you get your luggage from baggage claim and then follow signs to Central Parking, where Terminal A pickup areas are located. To reach the Central Parking Garage pickup locations , You’ll need to head upstairs to the elevated pedestrian walkways. Head upstairs and use elevated walkways.Continue to follow signs for Central Parking/Ride App(doing business) Pickups at Boston Logan Airport. Please do not go to the passenger pick-up area, as passenger pick-up is only allowed for family members or friends.The airport violation ticket has been attached, I hope customers can understand. We strongly recommend that all passengers collect their luggage before informing the driver that you are on your way to the pick-up point. There are several reasons, first: the boarding area is not spacious and the parking spaces are limited. 15. Limo Airport Pick-up

16. Airport pick-up rules

The free waiting time for domestic flights is 60 minutes, and the free waiting time for international flights is 90 minutes. Time calculation starts after the aircraft lands. Waiting fees will be charged if the free waiting time is exceeded, and the fee will be calculated every 30 minutes. Less than 30 minutes are charged once. More than 30 minutes is set as the second charge, and each charge is $35.

17. Cancellation

Friendly reminder: If you cancel the service, you must send a message to the company phone number 10 hours before the boarding time. Otherwise, a cancellation fee will be charged. For example, if you notify us 9 hours before the trip starts, we will charge 10% of the total cost. 8 hours in advance, 20% of the total fee will be charged, and so on.

18. General Compensation Agreement

For all the company's services, if it is a company issue, customers will have a 50% off coupon the next time they use the service, with a maximum discount of $500. The coupon is valid for one year.

19. Moving services

For customers who use moving services, if the moving truck is fined because there is no parking space at the moving location, the customer is required to pay half of the fine. If the moving truck needs to be parked in the garage, the customer must pay half of the parking fee.

20. Complaint

The deadline for all business complaints of the company is within 72 hours. If the deadline is exceeded, we are sorry that the company will no longer accept it. Complaint email: teebersupport@tber.org

21. Safety

All vehicles will be equipped with driving recorders (photography and recording) for safety reasons.

22. General Hourly booking Car Service

If there is a demand for car service twice a day, but the difference in pick-up time between the two trips is less than 4 hours, it is defined as an hourly service. The minimum vehicle usage time is 3 hours, with no upper limit. The rules of time calculation are continuous, not cumulative.

Limo Rates: USD$80 per hour for three people or less, and USD$100 per hour for 4 to 7 people. The average hourly rate cannot exceed 25 miles per hour, and the fee is USD$6 for each mile exceeded, and USD$1 for every minute exceeded. When you are not on board, the price will adjust to $35, which is a waiting fee. This fee is different from what you pay on board.

23. Concert/Sporting Events booking Car Service

Limo Rates: On board fee is USD$100 per hour. Waiting fee is USD$80 per hour. More than 30 minutes is defined as 1 hour, and less than 30 minutes is not billed. Additional stops not available.

Economy Rates: On board fee is $60 per hour. Waiting fee is USD$40 per hour. More than 30 minutes is defined as 1 hour, and less than 30 minutes is not billed. Additional stops not available.

24. All-Day booking Car Service

(valid for more than 2 consecutive days. The daily driving time is 8 hours, and an extra hour of driving time is free.)

Limo rates: USD$800 per day, the mileage does not exceed 350 miles per day. If the limit is exceeded, the fee is one US dollar per mile and one US dollar per minute. The customer is required to pay for the driver's hotel expenses.

25. Moon hour/special time charges

From 11pm to 6am local time, an additional 20% will be charged as overtime pay for staff. For example, due to holidays, bad weather and long-distance order a 20% guaranteed tip will be charged to the driver/staff for his hard work! All-day service, hourly service, and long-distance orders, we will charge a guaranteed tip of 15% to the driver.

26. General order waiting time

After the order time starts, the free waiting time is 15 minutes. If the passenger does not show up within 15 minutes, a waiting fee will be charged. The fee for waiting is one dollar per minute. After the waiting fee reaches $15, if the passenger does not show up, the driver will leave. This fee will be deducted from the prepaid amount at 70%.

27. Car seat

According to Massachusetts law, children under 3 years old must use a Rear-Facing Car Seat (Used for infants up to 22 to 35 pounds and 26 to 35 inches). Children between 1 and 7 years old must use a Forward-Facing Car Seat (up to 40 to 65 pounds). Children between 4 and 12 years old must use a Booster Seat (up to 100–120 pounds, depending on the model). Children aged 8 to 13 must wear seat belts. Our company provides child seats for free.

28. Disrespect and impoliteness

All customers must abide by local laws and regulations and are prohibited from causing drivers to violate regulations for their convenience. For example: the driver follows the instructions of the venue staff and waits in the designated pick-up area or drop-off area. If the customer cannot find the driver and insults the driver, the driver has the right to refuse the pick-up, and all fees will not be refunded. All trips will be Turn on Dash Cam.

29. Loyalty rewards

If you spend more than $900 as an individual or business in a single month, you will receive a $100 coupon. If you spend over US$1,800 as an individual or business in a single month, you will receive a US$300 coupon. By analogy, the higher the consumption, the greater the coupon amount will be. The referred customer and the referrer receive a 15% coupon. All coupons are applied automatically, no action is required when you check out. New users get a 20% off coupon for their first order, and the total amount of all discounts does not exceed US$200.

30. Changes in service personnel

All customers must accept temporary changes in service personnel. Because sometimes there are irresistible factors, such as vehicle problems, accidents, physical reasons, etc. We will temporarily replace your favorite service staff. We are very sorry for your inconvenience. I hope all customers can understand and respect the company's decision.

If your favorite driver cannot be assigned for the first time, there will be an additional 10% discount. If your favorite driver cannot be assigned the second time, there will be an additional 20% discount. If your favorite driver cannot be assigned for the third time, your current trip will be free of charge. The number of orders recorded is calculated based on the current month, starting from the 1st and ending on the last day of the month.

31. Price Category/Settlement method

Our company's prices are only reservation prices and ASAP prices. Customers who make reservations 3-24 hours before the order starts are defined as ASAP prices. Customers who make a reservation 24 hours before the order starts are defined as the reservation price. We cannot promise anything to customers who make appointments within 0-3 hours. It depends on the company's dispatch situation on the day. The company accepts advance reservations for any number of days but only allows full payment and unlimited days of advance reservations. Customers who need to cancel must notify us in any form 24 hours in advance, otherwise the corresponding cancellation fee will be deducted. For any reservation, we will notify customers of your itinerary information 48 hours in advance. The notification forms include phone calls, text messages, emails, and social software. If your itinerary changes, please contact us immediately. The cost is related to fuel prices, insurance, traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and other factors. Subject to change without prior notice. All partners please note: Our company does not accept monthly settlement, quarterly settlement, and other settlement methods. Only weekly settlements are accepted, settlement day is Thursday. The settlement is for orders from Monday to Sunday last week. All quotes do not include tips for our service staff. All prices are subject to change with inflation without further notice. We do not offer "On demand". On demand means the customer can book a car that arrives directly without waiting time. Reasonable time-frame (5-10 min max) Meaning eg. No need to pre-book.

32. Prohibition of illegal activities

All guests must abide by local laws and regulations and are prohibited from bringing any contraband. Once discovered, call the police immediately and hold all responsibilities accountable.

33. Attention Sedan Clients

If you have a special reason for using the sedan, please inform us (for example, due to foot injury, waist injury, etc. physical reasons). Because if all sedans are booked, we will use an SUV instead of a sedan. This is the default rule. So if you have a special reason, please let us know, it would be greatly appreciated.

34. Payment method

If the corporate name you are about to pay is not "XING ZAI T SERVICE LLC", we refuse to be responsible for anything. To protect your rights, please use our official website and phone number for any services. There are two ways for us to collect payment. One is that you provide payment information and we are responsible for entering the information. The second is that we send you a payment link and you enter the payment information yourself. We strongly recommend that you use the payment link to pay, which can protect your personal information to a great extent. For customers who provide payment information, we need to verify the payment information first (through the Chase banking system), and then we will do an action called Pre-authorization to temporarily freeze a certain amount of funds to ensure that they can be used for future transactions. Then we will do an action called Prior-authorization and deduct 30% of the booking fee in advance.

35. Changes to Terms

Teeber may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of Teeber after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
